Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements, including but not limited to privacy laws, anti-spam regulations, and the terms of service of any platform they choose to engage with. Any consequences resulting from the purchaser’s use of such tools, including but not limited to restrictions, suspensions, or legal actions, remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The author provides a limited performance guarantee that, if the purchaser fully implements the strategies outlined in the masterclass, they will secure at least one job interview within thirty days of purchase. If the purchaser does not receive an interview within this timeframe, they may submit a refund request, subject to strict conditions. The guarantee applies only to the course fee and does not cover any additional purchases, including third-party tools. To be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must provide verifiable proof that they have sent a minimum of one thousand direct outreach emails to recruiters, with at least one follow-up per recipient unless flagged as spam or deemed irrelevant. Additionally, the purchaser must have submitted at least one hundred job applications on one professional networking platform and one hundred applications on another widely recognized job board while ensuring full compliance with the optimization techniques outlined in the masterclass. The purchaser must also demonstrate efforts in profile optimization, recruiter engagement, and networking. A detailed log tracking job applications, outreach efforts, follow-ups, and responses must be maintained and submitted upon request for verification. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the author retains sole discretion in determining approval. Refunds will be issued only once per customer, and any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or abuse this policy will result in an immediate denial of the refund request. Failure to fully implement the strategies as outlined does not qualify for a refund. The purchaser acknowledges full responsibility for ensuring their outreach efforts comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The author does not condone, encourage, or assume responsibility for excessive, unsolicited, or inappropriate recruiter communication, nor does the author guarantee employment acquisition, salary negotiations, or career advancement. The author assumes no liability for the outcome of job applications, employer hiring decisions, account restrictions, bans, or any other consequences resulting from the purchaser’s job search activities. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario. By purchasing and accessing the masterclass, the purchaser affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If they do not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with the purchase. Refund requests, proof submissions, and disputes must be communicated in writing to the designated support contact.
